At Frozen North, we are committed to delivering premium quality apparel. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — with a smooth and transparent return experience.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all tags and packaging intact

     

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@frozennorth.in with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Product images (if damaged/defective)

  2. Our team will review and approve the request

  3. Once approved:

    • Reverse pickup will be arranged or

    • You may be asked to self-ship (depending on location)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders → Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • Wrong product

Please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.

We will prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Reverse Shipping Charges

  • Free reverse pickup for defective/wrong items

  • For size or preference returns:

    • A minimal reverse shipping fee may apply

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
