Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details

Delivery Timeline

We deliver across India.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Locations: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply on:

    • Orders below the free shipping threshold

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Final charges will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders

  • Frozen North reserves the right to restrict COD on certain orders (high-value or suspicious activity)

  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed deliveries

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking link sent via email/SMS.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics partner issues

  • High order volumes (sales, festive periods)

Frozen North is not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will always assist you.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout

  • Frozen North is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts

  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged Package

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery (if visibly damaged), or

  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours
